Ultimate Cheeseburger Sliders (Makes 24 Sliders) -2 lbs ground beef -24 Hawaiian Rolls -1 package (24) slices thin sharp cheddar -Seasonings, 2 tbsp Lipton Onion soup Mix OR... 1tbsp dried onion, salt, pepper, hamburger seasoning. -1/4 cup mayo -1/4 cup butter - 3-4 splashes worchestershire sauce - Garlic Salt - Onion Powder - Sesame Seeds Brown Ground beef and add seasonings. Stir in mayo. Slice rolls in half and place on foil lined baking sheet. Melt together butter, worchestershire sauce, garlic salt, and onion powder. Place ground beef mixture on top of rolls. Add cheddar cheese. Brush with butter mixture. Add tops of slider. Brush again with butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
